About Us
Offering God’s love
St. John’s Episcopal Church has been offering God’s love to the community since January 7, 1864. Iglesia Episcopal de San Juan has been doing the same since April 4, 2004.
These 160 years of loving ministry, 20 of which have been shared with San Juan, have left their mark on the congregation and on the community.
In the summer of 2024 this shared ministry led to a new name that acknowledges that relationship – St. John | San Juan Episcopal Church.
The people of St. John | San Juan Episcopal believe that God works with us and through us to build a strong Christian foundation for our lives.
We also recognize and accept that everyone is at a different place in a journey of faith.
As a congregation, we are committed to:
- Helping all who come through our doors, newcomer or old-timer, grow and examine their own values, strengths and needs.
- Reaching out in compassion to the community.
St. John | San Juan is a member of the Diocese of Olympia, which includes all Western Washington. We are served by the Right Rev. Philip N. LaBelle.
